Hello and welcome to the recap for the week ending Sept 19th! A busy week indeed – so let’s get to it! First off please be aware that our costumes are going FAST!! Especially the larger sizes. This week started off great with the exciting news that DAISY HAS BEEN FOUND! 
Thanks to everyone who has helped the search for this poor baby that got lose during a flight layover in NJ when an employee did not secure her properly.
And speaking of Rescue Ink, check out the newly released MichaelaTV footage from the Rescue Ink Fundraiser! We are interviewed towards the end at 00:11:35 in the clip! Enjoy! =)

Back to school time already! Jeez it feels like school was just ending and summer was just starting? Wow how time flies! Back to school time isn’t just tough on kids though, so why not include your furry one with his or her very own backpack hoodie! Oh the other dogs will be so jealous.
And of course with the start of school comes Halloween (one of our favorite howlidays!) – here’s one of our favorite costumes this year:

There was also some interesting happenings in pet news this week as well. We learned of a little hero dog named Selena that saved her human from drowning!
We also learned about a new sport – though it could be a bit before you see this one in the Olympics:
We also discovered that dogs like to throw pool parties too!
And that Ikea seems to have lost it’s mind.
Then we finished up the week on a somber note, remembering and celebrating the loves of all of the great men and women who were taken so tragically on Sept. 11th. Here is a special tribute to all of the hero dogs that were out there searching.
You will never be forgotten.
