After the holiday rush, it’s time for us to re-stock and re-charge for a bigger, brighter and better new year! The warehouse will be closed from December 24th to January 13th for yearly inventory and maintenance. We hope to re-group and get everything re-organized and in tip top shape for 2013!

All orders placed during this time will be processed and shipped when we return on 1/2/2013. Your estimated shipping times should still reflect the correct time frame that your order will arrive.  Any emails/questions will be responded to once we re-open on the 2nd.  We may occasionally have internet access during this time and if we do, we will try to respond to any emails we may have received.  Any returns received during this time will be processed starting the 4th as well.  But no worries, we will extend our 30 day return policy to accommodate the time that we are closed.  Please note that any exchanges for returns received during this time will process on the 2nd as well.

As 2012 draws to a close we would like to extend our warmest wishes to you and your furry, feathered, and scaled companions. We are honored to have customers who know they can count on us for great products, top notch customer service, lightning fast shipping and ultra competitive prices.

It has been another exciting year for us here at PetKaboodle as we meticulously grow a little more with each passing day. Now offering hundreds of unique products and brands, it’s almost hard to believe there was a time we had only twenty items to offer. We are hoping to expand even more in this coming year and the idea of a brick and mortar store is definitely mulling in our heads. It is a long time goal that is getting a bit closer to achieve and we never thought we’d be this close so soon.  We wouldn’t be where we are today if it wasn’t for each and every one of you!

As many of you may already know, PetKaboodle is located on Long Island, in the direct path of Hurricane Sandy. The worst is predicted to hit Monday Night into Tuesday and could be a very long hurricane. We are taking every precaution to stay safe and protect our inventory from any disaster the storm wants to muster up.

Be advised that we may lose service during and after the hurricane and there is no telling if or how long power outages will occur.  Some areas are already experiencing mandatory evacuations.  Our website server is based in TX and should still be up and running for purchasing, HOWEVER we may not have any means to process and ship orders, or reply to any questions or returns if any power outages occur or if we are forced to evacuate Long Island. 

So in conclusion, please be advised that there may be delays in shipments during and in the aftermath of the storm depending on it’s severity, and estimated delivery dates may not be accurate if an order is placed during an outage/evacuation period.  All questions, returns, exchanges, etc. will be handled as soon as power and internet is back on if it goes out. We will extend any return/exchange period to make up for any delays.

We know lots of you await this moment each year when our  Dog Ugg Type Boots come back in stock. We have some good news and, unfortunately, some bad news this year.

First, the bad news. It looks like the ever so popular chestnut color is being discontinued along with the black (The same goes for the coats, collars & harnesses in these colors as well).  Whatever is left in stock on our website is all that is available to purchase. If you’ve been waiting to grab a set for your pup in any of these colors, now is the time before they’re gone for good!

The only color continuing this year is the dark chocolate.
